She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Rowley and Elizabeth Rowley (Whittemore); her husbands, Walter Packer and Robert Haley; her children, Hope Packer and Gary Packer; and her brother Dee Clark.
She is survived by: her son Robert Haley (Pimjai) of Germany; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Packer of Howard; her grandchildren, Kelsey Clair (Tim) of Hartsville, Hilary Packer of Virginia, Gabe Packer of Florida, Patrick Haley of Germany, Araya Haley of Germany, Amboo Haley of Germany, Matthew Clark of Hornell and Daniel Clark (Eva) of Hornell; her great grandchildren, Grace, Olivia and George; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Clark of Hornell. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
