He is survived by: his wife Debora Jael Spencer of Arkport; his daughters, Xochitl Daniela Spencer Barbosa, Stephanie Yaretzi Spencer Barbosa and Hannah Janelly Spencer Barbosa; his sister Julia "Dot" Scales (James) of Colorado; his nieces, Megan Scales and Allison Scales; his uncle Phillip Spencer; his cousin Jonathan Seda (Dell); his close friends, Stanley Neu and Ben Dodzweit (Sarah); and his sister-in-law Elizaberth Barbosa. He is also survived by several other brothers and sisters in law.
