He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Rauber Noone; his children, Cole Henry Briggs of Hornell, Brody Patric Noone of Hornell, Luke Jameson Kilmer of Canisteo and Emily Rose Noone (Matt Ingalls) of Belmont; his brothers, Richard Briggs (Karen) of Friendship and Jerald Briggs of Hornell; his stepmother Janice Briggs of Almond; and his stepsiblings, Crissandra Plank (Gary) and Andrew Ames (Dianna).
