He was predeceased by: his brothers, Todd Clark and Christopher Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Clark and Beth Clark (Dusinberre) of Hornell; his sister-in-law Neelofer Clark; his niece Sienna Clark; and his nephew Ayden Clark of Ft. Collins, CO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
