She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Perry and Margaret Perry; and her granddaughter Jessica Lynn Brown. She is survived by: her significant other Harold B Hackett Jr.; her children, Michael Hackett of Richmond and Shelly Brown (Jeff) of Almond; her grandchildren, Samantha VanBuren, Cheryl Hackett, Jamie Heras (Diego), Cassie Tyler (Robert) and Jennifer Hackett (Ash); her great grandchildren, Graham, Maggie, Alan, Leonardo, Olivia and Grace; her brothers, Larry Perry (Liz) of Almond, NY and Robert Perry (Christine) of Columbus, OH; her sister-in-law Carol Leet (David) of Coudersport, PA; and her friends, Lee, Linda and Jody. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
