She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn T. Lewis and Rose Genevieve Lewis (Wilkinson). She is survived by: her children, Karen Lee, Thomas Coddington of Arkport, Donald and Louella Prutsman of Dacula, GA; her granddaughter Debra O'Brien (Gale) of Hornell; her stepgrandsons, Sean Judice and Shannon Judice (Linda); her great grandchildren, Paige Johnson (Brian), Troy O'Brien, Taylor Judice and Logan Judice; her great great grandchildren, Jude Johnson and Killian Johnson; and her brothers, Clair Lewis (Beverly) of Jasper and Carl Lewis of Corfu, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Troupsburg United Methodist Church.
