It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert S. Spicer (Hornell, New York), born in Jasper, New York, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Simpson and Evelyn Simpson Spicer (Leach); and his grandparents, Robert and Eleanor Leach. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Julian (Sulivan); his stepsons, Joshua Julian of Florida and Matthew Sullivan of Rochester, NY; his stepfather Lonnie Spicer of Bath, NY; and his siblings, Sue Robbins of Florida, Roy Simpson of Georgia and Joe Spicer of Corning, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
