He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Moir and Pauline Moir (Monson); and his brothers, Galen (Dale), Wendel, Rodney (Ronnie) and David.
He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Moir (Snyder); his sister Valerie Moir; his children, Robert Jr. (Angie) of McKean, PA, Barbara Hamilton (Dennis) of Sanford, NC, Brenda Dodge (Kevin) of Alfred Station and Bonnie Henry (Rod) of Arkport; his grandchildren, Joshua Moir of McKean, PA, Kandyss Foster (Spurgeon) of Hampton, VA, Kara Gregory of Sanford, NC, Kristi Garrison (Tyler) of Snow Camp, NC, Kraig Hamilton of Addison, Bryan Dodge (Aimee) of Alfred Station and Justin Henry (Emilea Harrison) of Wheeler; his great grandchildren, Jaela Moir, Rebecca, Wyatt Garrison, Makenzie, Emilie Gregory and Colin Dodge; and his significant other Sophie.
