He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Dunning Sr. and Martha Sweeney Dunning; and his brother Jerry Dunning. He is survived by: his wife Diane Thomas Dunning; his children, Kylie Barnhart (Jess) of Silver Springs, George "Chip" Brown (Karen) of Saegertown, PA and Andrew Dunning (Ashleigh) of Hornell; and his sister Sandra Schulitz of Rochester. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home (354 Canisteo St, Hornell, NY 14843). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (28 Church St, Hornell, NY 14843).
Friends wishing to remember Mark, are asked to consider a memorial contribution to the Steuben County Deputy Sheriff's Association or Vincent House in Wayland or one of the Fire Departments mentioned above.
