He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Flaitz and Lena Flaitz (Saxton); and his siblings, Samuel Flaitz, Richard Flaitz, George Flaitz, Donald Flaitz, Geraldine "Dean" McLane and Kathryn House.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Piccirillo; his children, Robert Flaitz (Lori) of Hornell, Joseph Flaitz (Meghan) of Hornell and Nikki Harkenrider (William) of Canisteo; his grandchildren, Nick Flaitz, Erin Morrison (Kyle), Ryan Flaitz, Curt Flaitz (Dominica), Zachery and Richie Harkenrider; his great grandchildren, Rowdy, Rebelle, Rayder, Raddix Flaitz, Ginny and Cecilia Morrison; his stepgreat-granddaughter Emma Morrison; his brother Jacob Flaitz of Arkport; and his sister-in-law Delores Flaitz of Hornell. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
