He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Neeley and Orlena M. Neeley (Bussard); his siblings, Ward F. Neeley and Joan M. Hysner; and his brother-in-law William Rudloff (Bill).
He is survived by: his siblings, Norma J. Rudloff, Donald Neeley (Susan), Rita M. White and Rodney Neeley (Theresa); and his sister-in-law Carol Neeley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
