He was predeceased by: his son Philip L. Stiles Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Stiles and Donna Stiles (DeCook) of Hornell; his fiancée Maryann Toledo Ramillano; his former wives, Debbie Coats (Clark) of Hornell and Cathy Stiles (Ingalls) of Hornell; and his siblings, Kenneth Stiles of Hornell, Paul Stiles (Yvette Campbell) of Florida, Daniel Stiles (Maria) of Hornell and Kathy Bates (Rick) of Hornell. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking to make a make a considerable donation to the Upstate New York American Diabetes Association.
