She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Philip Smith and Jewel Smith (Vaskevich); her husband Ronald Worth; her sister Kathleen Vlasty; her son Christopher Worth (Michele) of Almond; her brother Rev. Lawrence Smith of Pittsburg, PA; and her grandson Wyatt Worth of Almond. She was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
Penney's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to Abbe-Freeland Animal Sanctuary, 8104 Terwilliger Road, Angelica, NY 14709.
