He was predeceased by: his parents, James Capluzzi and Patricia Capluzzi (Crowe); and his brothers, James Capluzzi, Jr. and Matthew Capluzzi. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Capluzzi of Smithfield, NC, Amanda Witter of Hornell, Emily Mulhollen (Branden) of Corning, NY and Allison Capluzzi of Corning, NY; his grandchildren, Chesney Lee, Ethan, Jayden, Brayden Dieter, Colson Capluzzi and Mackenzie Brown; his siblings, Vicki Hallett of Hornell and Joseph Capluzzi (Heather); his nieces and nephews, Lauren Rowland (Kody) and Alyssa Capluzzi; his close friend Todd Edington of Middleboro, MA; and his pet Duke'. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to either Maple City Softball or the Hornell Area Humane Society.
