He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline A. Fraim and Edward N. Gallagher; his stepfather Laurence Densmore; and his half-siblings, Evelyn and Larry Densmore.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Tiffany and Shelby; his great grandchild Kelsey; his grandsons, PJ Mayor and Kelly Decker; his wife Frances Witter; his children, Norman Jr. (Roxanne), Tiffany Gallagher Danapas (John), Shelby Gallagher, Cheryl Gallagher (John Castagna) and Lisa Gallagher Landes (David); his grandchildren, Kelsey Landes (Brian Malasic), Max and Patrick Gallagher Landes; his daughter Kate Gallagher; his granddaughter Maitreya Wolf; his daughter Lynne Livingston (Chico); his cousins, William Hepfer Jr. and Susan Mueller; his niece Joan King (Michael); his friend Margo Geiger (Norm); and also Erin Babcock (Michael Eggenberger). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
