Norma Brooks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Brooks of Hornell, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Albert Brooks; her parents, Donald Carter and Dorothy Carter; her brother William Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Mary, Verna Carter and Edward Shields.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Carter Jr., Virginia Shields and Judith Amores (Eladio); her children, Larry Brooks (Lisa), Marcia Powers (Kevin), Janice Hale (Robert), Susan Brooks and Linda Miller (David); and her pet George. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
