He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Smith and Christyne Marie Armaly of McAlester, OK; his spouse Denielle Troy; his children, Connor Bancroft, Peyton Smith and Lila Smith; his siblings, Janina Kwiatkowski (Devyn), Lian Drake (Damon), Wesley Smith, Taylor Harris (Adam) and Zane Simonowicz; his grandparents, Charlotte Stratton of McAlester, OK, Gerald and Edith Jackson of Arkport, NY; and his stepgrandparents, Phil Monroe and Barbara Monroe. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Nate's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
