She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Berta Lou Hann; her husband Enford Pettibone Jr.; and her siblings, Michael Smith and Christine Smith Conklin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Victoria Hilliman (Robert) of Macon, GA, Diane Rochau (Keith) of Vinton, LA, John Hann of Hornell and Mitchell Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
