She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sheppard and Ethel Sapp Sheppard; her husband Harold Gadsden; her daughter Lorie Ann Gadsden; and her siblings, Sandra Sheppard, Ernestine Sheppard, Abraham, Willie B. and James Sheppard.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Blake (Ronnie Francis) of Geneseo, Okeena Gadsden (Janee) of Hornell, Lawrence Glover (Susan) of Plant City and David Gadsden (Susan Duffy) of Hornell; and her sister Ethel Ferguson of Florida. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.
