She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Jessica Johnson (Kevin) of Fairport, NY, Steven Dennis of Arkport, Donovan Gates of Arkport, Karen Smith (Mike) of Hornell, Karla Yarka (Johnny) of Hornell and Kristie Radford (Tommy) of Horseheads; her siblings, Denise Kemp (Jim) of Covington, GA, Michele Nickel (Terry Muchler) of Hornell and Robert Nickel (Mary) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; and her grandchildren, Hannah Perno, Jake Perno, Wesley Radford, Ethan Radford, Vivian Smith, Willa Smith and Kayleigh Johnson.
