He is survived by: his parents, William Jaconski and Linda Jaconski (Prince); and his siblings, Christine Glogouski (Mark) of Pennsylvania, Melissa Peters (Bryan) of Canisteo, William Jaconski Jr of Pennsylvania, Jason Jaconski of Maryland and Vincent Jaconski (Brittany Olin) of Hornell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
