She was predeceased by: her father Francis "Fran" Pollizi; and her grandparents, Anthony, Rose Pollizi, Claire and Margaret Norton.
She is survived by: her mother Barbara Pollizi (Norton) of Hornell; her children, Jeremy Pollizi (Nichole) of Hornell, Steven Pollizi of Hornell, Jennifer DePietro of Long Island and Rochelle Houghtaling of Buffalo; her siblings, Michael Pollizi (Kelley) of Hornell, Thomas Pollizi (Margaret) of Rochester, Timothy Pollizi of Hornell, Deborah Stauffer of Ft. Meyers, FL, Rose Bartlet (Richard) of Hornell and Lori Corso (Mark) of Arkport; and her grandchildren, Ryleigh Pollizi, Reid Pollizi and Conner Pollizi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Mary's family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Care First Hospice, 3805 Meads Creek Rd., Painted Post, NY 14870 or to the American Cancer Society, 13 Beech St., Johnson City, NY 13790.
