She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bartle and Amy Blowers Bartle; her husband George Hawkes; her friends, Robert "Bob" Alexander and Ollie "Lewis" Bell; her children, Dale Hawkes Sr. and Karen Hawkes; her siblings, Earl, Billy, Edwin Bartle, Robert Mattison, Dorothy Thompson and Virginia Johnson; and her nephew Philip J. Casterline.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Hall (Geoffrey) of Hornell, Doreen Prutsman (Chuck) of Hornell, Melinda Alexander-Hewitt (Mike) of Georgia, Heather "Niki" Baker (Scott) of Hornell, Kimberly Ford of New Jersey, Lynn Prisavage of South Carolina, Robert Alexander (Billie "BJ") of Indiana and Aarron Alexander (Theresa) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Dale Hawkes (Lynn), Tonya LaShure (Bob), William Hawkes (Lucretia), Pauline Comer (Dave), Michael Button (Heidi), Nicole Werndle (Scott), Jamie Miles (Ed), Misty Carrier (William), Brittany Talbett (Shawn), Michael Scott, Adam Alexander Cassidy, Ciara Leach, Ireland Alexander Cassidy, Hunter Alexander Cassidy, Asia Alexander Cassidy, Lyric Alexander Cassidy, Arya Alexander Hewitt, Cody Kinnard, Tristan Alexander and Noah Alexander; and her siblings-in-law, Leo, Robert Bell and Brenda Bell. She is also survived by 44 great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
