Mary Jean Pollinger Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jean Pollinger (Hornell, New York), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Quartz; and her stepparent Mary Quartz (Quinlan). She is survived by: her parent Genevieve Quartz (Reagan); her siblings-in-law, Jerry Quartz, John "Jack" Tobin and Carolyn Quinlan; her son-in-law Edward Shipman; her husband Richard H. Pollinger, Sr.; her children, John Pollinger of Niskayuna, N. Y., Jennifer Dumont (Steve) of Groton, Brigid Shipman of Ithaca, Richard Jr. "Heinz" Pollinger (Wendy) of Hornell, Peter Pollinger (Julie) of Satellite Beach and Joseph Pollinger (Kelli) of Arkport; her grandchildren, Nicole Soucy (Nathan), Michael Shipman, Neil Shipman, Alex Pollinger, Alex Dumont, Sam Pollinger and Ben Pollinger; her great grandchildren, Owen Shipman, Teddy Shipman, Dominic, Jackson and Julianna Soucy; her sister Mary Lou Tobin of Hornell; her stepbrother Ronald Quinlan of Hornell; and also Bridget Quartz. She is also survived by step-mother, she was also predeceased by her brother.
