He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Panaccione and Sally Panaccione (Barone); his daughter Tina White (Kenneth Medcalf); his grandchildren, Aiden Panaccione, Lilly and Kadence White; his daughter Melissa Makarick; his grandchildren, Gracie and Oliver Makarick; his sister Donna Otto (Andrew); his nieces, Elizabeth (Jason Bedor) and Andrea (Nathan Colpitts); his nephew James Otto (Taylor Curtin); his brother Jerry Panaccione (Marianne); his nephew Michael Panaccione; and his niece Danielle (Mark Pabers).
Mark's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
