She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Starkes and Mary Starkes (Moss); her grandparents, George, Dorcas Moss (House), Harbour and Newfoundland; her husband Bob; her grandson Tommy Vondracek, Jr.; her siblings, Evelyn Talefich, Clarence Starkes, Arthur Stares and Mary Jeffries; her children, John Burger (Pamela) of Mohnton, PA, William Burger (Mary) of Livonia, NY and Sheila Vondracek (Thom) of Hornell, NY; her grandchildren, George, Erin, Robert (Jennifer), Matthew (Whitney), Daniel (Stephanie) and Aaron (Jacqueline); her great grandchildren, Chelsea, Lily, Logan, Oliver, Blake, Claire, Breana, Brooklynn, Cora, Quinn, Elouise, Arthur and Ellie; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Appier and Kathy Burger. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
