With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda L. (Smith) Gleason of Hornell, New York, who passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Luella Smith (Hoyt); her husband James L. Gleason; her daughter Meghan Elizabeth Gleason; her brother Raymond Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Marv Konz, Ann Smith and Eileen Connors.

She is survived by: her nephew Trooper Larry Gleason; her children, Bridget Minisce (Steve) of Raleigh, NC, Kate Secondo (Chris) of Hornell and Tim Gleason of Gaithersburg, MD; her grandchildren, Anna Updyke and Scotty Minisce; her sisters, Ann Konz and Marilyn Batra; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Smith, Larry and Rosemary Gleason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & cousins.

Linda's family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to Hornell Alumni Association, PO Box 135, Hornell, NY 14843.
