She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben F. Hurlburt and Jean Hurlburt; her husband Eugene Hosmer; and her siblings, Susan McDaniels and David Hurlburt.

She is survived by: her sons, Bernard Hults (Denise) of Hornell, Roger Hults (Samantha Allen) of Hornell, Benjamin Hults (Beth) of Hornell and Brett Hults of Hornell; her siblings, Kathleen Eddy (Martin) of Alfred Station, Christine Hassig Rowe of Livonia, Debra Finney (Rodney) of Bath and Stephen Hurlburt (Sue) of Hornell, Four; her grandchildren, Tyler Hults, Collin Hults and Kaitlyn Hults; and her great grandchild Scarlette Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
