She is survived by: her mother Katelinn Pettitt of Hornell; her brothers, Noah Clark of Hornell and Carson Towner of Hornell; her grandparents, Julie Vaughn of Hornell and Chuck Vaughn of Illinois; her great-grandparent Betsy Clair of Dunnellon, FL; her aunts, Kirsten Perry of Hornell, Madalyn Pettitt of Hornell and Molly Hodge of Hornell; and her cousins, Darrious Hodge, Rylie Hopkins, Lyla Brown, Elliot Perry, Emmet Perry and Jade Wood.

Lettie's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
