He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Dungan and Onnolee Dungan (Sanford); his sister Ruthie Newell; his niece Jessica Newell; his nephew Benjamin Loomis; and his father-in-law Donald VanWinkle, Sr. (Arkport).
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dungan (VanWinkle); his children, Jason Dungan (Karla) of Hornell, Casandra Baker (Kyle) of Bangkok, Thailand, Sarah Hawes (John) of Lakeville, MA and Sam Dungan of Arkport; his grandchildren, Bryton, Jackson Dungan, Kaden, Callie Baker, Bryn, Finley Hawes, Marshall Dungan and Jadison Blume; his sisters, Lucinda Loomis (Jim) of Rushville, NY and Mary Calnan (Bill) of Baldwinsville, NY; his brother-in-law Thomas Newell of Hornell; and his mother-in-law Patricia VanWinkle of Arkport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and one aunt.
