Karen H. Gemmell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen H. Gemmell (Hornell, New York), who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wyant and Ethel Wyant (Stone); her siblings, Frank Wyant and Linda VanSicle; and her granddaughter Brittini Gemmell.
She is survived by: her husband John Gemmell; her sons, Kevin Gemmell (Carol) of Knoxville, PA and John Gemmell (Kristi) of Arkport; and her grandsons, Ryan, Aidan, Cael and Evan. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Karen's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
