He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis Pollizi, James and Jacquelane Congdon; his aunt Mary Pollizi; and his pet Aries.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike Pollizi and Kelley Pollizi (Congdon) of Hornell; his son Carson; his siblings, Sydney Johnson (Carter) of Binghamton and Anthony Pollizi of Hornell; and his grandmother Barbara Pollizi of Hornell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joe's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to Casa-Trinity Rehabilitation, 86 River St., Hornell, NY 14843 or to St. Ann's Academy, 41 Genesee St., Hornell, NY 14843.
