He was predeceased by: his mother Monica Kuhn (Sullivan); his sister Rosemary Kuhn; and his father Ervin Joseph Kuhn. He is survived by: his close friend Matt Testani; his wife Karen Kuhn (Quinlan); his children, Sue Crawford (Bob) of Park City, UT, Michael Kuhn (Mary Beth) of Cazenovia, NY, Catherine Shaw (Ryan), Cortney Andrus of Canisteo, NY and Katie Cleveland of Hornell, NY; his grandchildren, Casey Crawford, Megan Kuhn, Erin Kuhn, Adalyn Andrus and Whitney Andrus; and his siblings, Carolyn K. Kelly, Mary Kuhn Cartella (Carl), John Kuhn (Kathy), Frances Shute, Bill Kuhn (Tina), Dennis Kuhn and Eloise Kernan (Jerry).
