He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dropp and Rita Dropp (Harrington); his siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Dropp, Thomas "Tom" Dropp and Patricia "Pat" Dropp; and his granddaughter Hannah Elizabeth Rose Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Crandall; his daughters, Debra "Deb" Logan (Phil) of Almond, Colleen Brownell (David) of Hornell, Bridgett Galfusz (Peter) of Williamsburg, VA and Erin Panter (Bil) of Henrietta, NY; and his siblings, Michael Dropp (Patrice Campbell) of Cortland and Rita Elizabeth "Liz" Ramsey-Dropp of Warren, PA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
Joe's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
