He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Feeley and Clara Feeley (Allen); and his sister Suzanne Ebert (John Ebert). He is survived by: his family, Joe, Buffalo, Binghamton and Hudson; his children, Patrick Feeley (Nicole) of Beaver Falls, PA and Amy Feeley (Jarett Powers) of Hornell; and his grandchildren, Jameson, Zachary and Elise Grace Feeley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Acknowledging Joe's love of his Shelties, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
