He was predeceased by: his father John Curtis. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Curtis (Rawson) of Cayuga, NY; and his sisters, Mellissa "Missy" Quick (Kyle) of Auburn and Rebecca "Becky" Curtis of Cato, NY. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
John's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
