He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Spencer and Lula Spencer; his siblings, Marion Seda (Pete), Edith Stoltzfus (Noah), Priscilla Crosby (Wayne), Edwin Spencer and Andrew Spencer (June); and his former wife Barb Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Birgit Spencer of Hornell, NY.; and his children, Panda Noriega (Tino), James Spencer, Leah Anne Cutright (John), Paula Toensing and Andrew Spencer (Kim). He is also survived by six granddaughters and four great grandchildren and many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
