It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John P. Wulforst of Hornell, New York, born in Hicksville, New York, who passed away on May 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Wulforst and Magdalena Wulforst (Hoeffner); his sister Madelyn Quirk (George); and his grandson Ryan A. Wancha. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann (Ray); his grandchildren, Michael (Charlene) of East Islip, NY, Michelle (James Wancha, Jr.) of Olympia, WA, Matthew of Hornell and Andrew (Amy Amphlett) of Rochester, NY; and his sisters, Lillian Eickelberger (Texas), Lucille Wagner (Francis) of Wayland, NY and Virginia Huber (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to either the Hornell Area Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell or to St. Ann's Academy, P.O. Box 446, Hornell, NY 14843. Envelopes for memorial contributions will be available at the church.
