He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell D. Tobin and Florence Tobin (Brooks); and his stepson Eric Buisch. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Libordi Tobin; his children, James Tobin of Hornell, Kathleen Tobin of San Jose, CA and Michele Doorley (Gene) of Hornell; his stepsons, Mark Buisch (Kelly) of Hornell and Adrian Buisch (Kristen) of Rochester, NY; his stepdaughter-in-law Laura Buisch of Arkport, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew Willcox (Kaelyn), Brendan Buisch, Morgan Tobin, Anthony Buisch (Lu), Elizabeth Buisch, Colin Buisch, Evan Buisch, Tayghan Doorley Maya Buisch and Ava Buisch; his great grandchild Margot Willcox; and his brother Michael Tobin of Florida.
