John G. Fortuna Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John G. Fortuna (Hornell, New York), who passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Fortuna and Seraphina Fortuna (Carretto); and his brother Gaeton. He is survived by: his children, Patricia "Patti" Clancy (Richard) of Hornell, Michael Fortuna of Hornell and Donald Fortuna (Renae) of Hornell; his stepson James Mazza (Katie) of Nunda; his sister Lucy Booth of Eden Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Patrick Clancy (Joan) of Hornell, Natalie and Adrianna Fortuna of Hornell; and his stepgrandchildren, Jamier Scott Mazza and Jaiden Bently. He is also survived by his niece, nephew, aunt and several cousins.
John's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to "Smile Train Fund", PO Box 96208, Washington, DC 20090-6208.
