He is survived by: his children, Patricia Crook of Hornell and Michael Crook (Judy) of Canisteo; his brother James Beaver (Mary Kay) of Hornell; and his grandchildren, Thomas Crook (Margaret) of Canisteo, Nickole Mays (Lawrence) of New Jersey, David Crook (Tarra) of Ohio, Patrick Cieslica (Suzanne) of Mass, Joseph Crook of Tennessee, Jason Crook of Tennessee and Timothy Crook (Erica) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
