With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John A. Capluzzi of Hornell, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact John A. had on those he encountered along his journey. Though John A. may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Capluzzi and Lucy Capluzzi (Altieri); and his siblings, Theresa Capluzzi, Joyce Miller (Ace) and James Capluzzi (Patricia).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Capluzzi (Dugo); his sons, John Capluzzi of Hornell and DJ Capluzzi (Amy Guarglia) of Hornell; and his grandsons, Vincent Capluzzi and Joseph Capluzzi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
