She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Schofield and Maude Schofield (Chase); her husband James Henshaw; her stepdaughters, Marsha Hemiel and Marilyn Applebee; and her sister Carol Schofield.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Janice Czimback of Elmira; her sisters, Vera Munn of Fla and Sandra Smith of Brockport; her granddaughter Kayla Lantz of Arkport; and her stepgreat-grandchild Step. She is also survived by Great Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
