He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Miller (Stone); and his sister Tammy Waters. He is survived by: his father Brian Miller of Hornell; his wife Cindy Shiloh; his children, Ambur Miller (Adam Mullen) of Hornell and Jeffrey Tyler Miller of Hornell; his grandchildren, Michael Adams, Adalyn Mullen, Bryce Miller and Alivia Miller; his nieces and nephews, Eric Francis (Laura Fox) and Cheyanna Button (James); his great-nephew Angel Francis; and his great-niece Olivia Button. He is also survived by aunts, uncles & cousins.
Jeff's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Bath VA Medical Center Activities Fund, 76 Veterans Ave., Bath, NY 14810.
