She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Tinker and Eleanor Tinker (Carnes); and her siblings, Dorothea Tinker and Daryl Tinker. She is survived by: her sibling Cinema; her son John Buckley (Shannon); her granddaughters, Allyson and Maya of Hornell; and her siblings, Gwen Ross of Hornell, Kay Terwilliger (Jim) of Hornell, Judy Smith of Hornell, Lois Mansfield of Rochester, Dale Tinker of Hornell and Dennis Tinker (Sue) of Canisteo. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Janet's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to Turning Point, 20 Elm St., Hornell, NY 14843.
