It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jana K. Clark (Hornell, New York), who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coogan and Joyce Coogan (Hallett); her husband William W.; and her sisters, Diane Terpstra and Karen Levi-Giovanniello.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Clark of Hornell, Matt Clark (Jammie) of Hornell, Kathryn Hoad (Jeremy) of Cameron, NY and Jamie Clark (Melissa Allen) of Pavilion, NY; her grandchildren, Zack Clark, Cassidy, Landon Gadson, James, Michael, Andrew Clark, Tayah Jackson, Camden Hoad and Brogan Clark; her great grandchildren, Xavier and Oliver Clark; and her siblings, Mike Coogan (Yonnie) of Tacoma, WA, Patrick Coogan of Hornell, William Coogan of Hornell, David Coogan of Athens, GA, Daniel Coogan of Hornell and Kathleen Harris (Olds) of Hornell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
