He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nosky and Bernice Nosky (Connolly); his wife Josephine Nasca; his siblings, Donald Nosky, Leslie McMullen, Dolores Ulrich, Jeanne Joachimi and Bernice Kelly; and his son Robert Conlan.
He is survived by: his son Dominic Conlan; his brother Robert Nosky (Carol) of Oswego; and his brother-in-law Robert Kelly of Kenmore. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
