With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack P. Lyon (Hornell, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Lyon and Grace Lyon (Townsend); his brother Joseph Lyon; his daughter Melissa; and his brother Gary Lyon (Patricia) of Wells Tannery, PA. He was also cherished by nieces & nephews.
Jack's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the American Cancer Society, 13 Beech St., Johnson City, NY 13790.
