He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton E. Loper and Olive Coykendall Loper. He is survived by: his children, Lynnette Loper (David Ahart) of Candor, Elden Loper (Ellen), Jack Loper II and David Loper (Nita) of Nevada; his brother James Loper; his son John Loper; his niece Laura Loper-Hibsch of Varysburg; his cousins, Marie Gagne of Massachusetts and Carl Coykendall of Ohio; his grandchildren, Kyle Loper and Katherine Loper; and his close friends, Joanie Stewart, Mike Hornbeck and Cindy Hornbeck.
