He is survived by: his wife Theresa Parsons Kemp; his children, Howard Kemp III of Hornell, David Kemp of Hornell, Ronnie Stephens II of Hornell, Robert Stephens of Hornell, Yvonne Kemp of Bath, Tosha Smith (Brittney) of Hornell, Carla Dodge (Brian) of Canisteo, Tonya Martin (Blake) of Hornell and Veronica Van Horn of Wayland; his sisters, Kimberly Smith (Donald) of Canisteo and Ella Overton of Myrtle Beach; his nieces, Janina Ackerman (Scott), Kendra Ridgeway (Darnell), Danielle Ryan (Jared) and Rebecca Ames (Montana); his father-in-law John Smith; his sister-in-law Terry Woodworth (Rick); his sisters, Hanne Wallauer and Brenda Gadsden; and his close friend Billy Spike. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
